How it works:
- Any works sent to us are considered property of the sender.
- If we like the idea, we will contact you regarding the overall look and any preferences that you, the creator, has for the apparel.
- If we move to production, you will receive 30% of the Profits* of the sale of the apparel.
- Each creation will be tagged with the Creator’s Name and/or ID# in our system so that we will keep track.
- Once the apparel is in production, we will share monthly sales reports for your ID#. Payouts will happen within 10 Days after the month closes, if not earlier. (i.e. Your shirt design sells 10 shirts in April, you will be paid for them, no later than May 10th**).
*Profit is defined as Price – Cost of Production. If it costs $8.00 to produce a t-shirt, and it sells for $22.99 before tax, then the profit is $14.99. 30% to the Creator is $4.50/sale. If you sold 10 shirts within a month, then you will be paid $45.00. All prices are in USD.
**Payments will be sent to your financial intuition no later than the 10th day of the following month. Weekends and Bank Holidays are things that we cannot control as to when you will have access to those funds. We will notify you when the funds transfer are initiated.
